Please note that just because you request something to be put into a module does not mean I will do the work of putting it into e-Sword format. If I feel it would be a good thing, I might put it on the list to work it up, and I might not (or it might get on the list but not gotten to for some time).

Criteria for Material to be Serious Considered

First of all, I am only interested in working on religious material. If you want secular works, there is nothing wrong with that, I just cannot help you. Ask somebody else.

Second of all, I am not interested in getting involved in anything that is under copyright and you do not have the rights to work with it! That is piracy, and again, I am not interested in that at all.

Thirdly, I have asked permission from some websites to put some of their (copyrighted) material into Topic files and I have worked on it for them free of charge, put several things into top files, and sent it to them, and months later they still have not posted the files. So since these people insist on their material remaining on their sites (I cannot post it on my site), and I did the work for them without salary, remuneration, nor even a thank you, I am not too interested in getting involved into those kinds of situations either. If a person is releasing their material into the public domain, then they should not restrict it to their site. If they don't want it in the public, I ask why is it even on their site for goodness sakes? Simply put, their are schizophrenic in their thinking from my way of seeing things. So I will pass on those things also.

Fourthly, if you do not have a source for the material, I am definitely not interesting in scanning or worse typing by hand from hand scribbled notes, or listening to audio and transcribing sermons (pleeeease NO!). You do that and give me an electronic copy and I will put it into a Topic file.

Fifthly, if the material all your personal material, it had better be really good material (lots of Bible references and expository notes, or really shining in some way). I will look at it, but if you are on an ego trip, don't come bother me either. Do it yourself. If you have a burden for helping people, and you have a lot of helpful material in personal notes and sermons, then I am interested in that kind of material.

Sixthly, if you are not a Fundamental separated Baptist (that is what I am), then contact me anyway. I am interested in "good material" even if it is not in my camp of belief and practice. I have in my personal library a lot of works from Lutherans, Methodists, Pentecostals, and even some Catholics like Augustine and Anselm, that is not in my camp, but I feel has certain merit. I will consider that on a case by case situation, and quite frankly, anybody who asks me to do the work for them, will have to wait until I have time from my ministry to get it done (I am a pastor, a missionary, a father, a husband, and the kids homeschool teacher, so I am busy). I wish to redeem the time, and work long hours, and "play" or "recreate" very little.
